This website and the demo form
If you use the demo form or email us, we receive your firm name, your name, email, number of attorneys, and channels used. The form is delivered by email to [email protected] through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service provider we use for demo form email delivery. We use these details only to reply to your demo or booking request. We do not sell them or share them for marketing. This page uses no analytics scripts.
Work for client firms
Mayakly uses invited access only to firm-owned Telegram and website channels (WhatsApp later) for setup and support. We do not hold passwords. The firm owns all accounts, channels, and records. Access is limited to what the desk needs and is removed on request or when the engagement ends.
Mayakly may keep operational notes needed to run the desk, such as approved scripts and configuration, for the length of the engagement. Access permissions are documented with the firm before activation.
Sensitive identifiers
Intake flows are designed not to collect passports, A-numbers, Social Security numbers, or asylum narratives in chat. Clients are asked not to send these in chat.
Retention
Demo-request emails and related contact details are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Firm operational configuration is kept for the engagement, then deleted or returned on request.
